Otsego Electric Cooperative will stop providing WildBlue/Exede/ViaSat service on March 1, 2021. Otsego Electric Cooperative will transfer our remaining WildBlue/Exede/Viasat customers to NRTC Rural Broadband.


NRTC Rural Broadband has been in the WildBlue/Exede/Viasat internet business for over 16.  


Transition Information

Can I keep my email address?

Yes, we will transition all email addresses to NRTC Rural Broadband. There will be no disruption in your email service.

How do I receive my bill?

Your bill from NRTC Rural Broadband will be e-mailed to your e-mail address at the beginning of each month. If you do not currently utilize your e-mail address, please provide your primary e-mail address to NRTC Rural Broadband Billing Support during the billing account set-up process so that your bill can be e-mailed to that account. Per the instructions below, your credit card on file will be automatically charged between the 3rd and 5th of each month for your service.

How do I pay my bill?

To ensure that your service is uninterrupted, please call 888-817-8902 and provide your credit card for billing purposes. NRTC Rural Broadband only bills via credit card. Going forward, your credit card will be charged automatically between the 3rd and 5th of each month for the current month’s service and you will receive your invoice via email. If you haven’t provided your credit card by March 15, 2021, your service will be suspended until you provide NRTC Rural Broadband with your credit card information.
